Purchasing and business are two sides on one body, If there are marketing and sales in business, the former tends to plan and support strategically,while the latter tends to execute and fight, Purchasing is the same, with strategic (strategic) and tactical aspects (execution skills), This class is mainly on execution skills, and mainly covers 4 major topics, bargaining、selection、follow-up and after-service, total 40 item skills,which are also problems frequently faced by purchasers (not just bargaining) ; In order to apply what you have learned in this class, Arrange a few real cases that are often encountered,the classmates discuss and report in groups,then the instructor will explain it again。
