Everyday, you will be given a few tasks for you to complete in this 5 days.

In this 5 days challenge , each day you will need to do certain task that will be able to lay the bricks for the next day . So , make sure that you finished off each days”s task before moving to next day.

It is very important that you do not skip any step that is in this programme , if not , it will not works .This is very important . If you missed any of the step presented in this programme , you wont have a successful Shopee dropshipping store alright.

You have a fews things that you need to complete today.Do not worry , you can always adjust your time to suit your own schedule .Alright lets start .

Open up your SSL shipping method first before anything else

Task #2 How much are you ready to invest

A lot of people get the concept of dropshipping the wrong way , which is dropshipping is a zero cost start up business. It is wrong unfortunately.

You do need to folk out some money to start this business. Of course it will be much more lesser than being a stokist .

Your first task for today is to ask yourself , how much are you willing to invest.I will list down the essential things that you must invest on when running your dropshipping business with recommended investment. It is up to you on how much you can spent. Alright.

Investment #3

Shopee keywords ads .

Shopee is a very competitive marketplace . So, how you can stand out among your competitiors ? How are you going to effectively promote your products to your potential customer ?

The most effective and direct way is through Shopee ads .

You can expect to spent RM 5-RM15 per day .

Investment #4

Start up cost for your dropshipping products.

This investment is for you to use when you receive your order .When you receive a order , you need to use this money to buy from your dropship supplier first , and then shopee will pay you back after customer received the product.

Recommended investment for this is between RM100 – RM 500 .

Next ,which dropship autosync company that you want to use ?

You have 2 choices :

1) Dropshipmurah

2) Savevalue2u

The system that both of this dropship supplier is the same. The biggest different is the products that sell in this 2 platform .

1) Dropshipmurah is more towards home and living products

2) Savevalue2u is a mix products supplier

Go through both platform and select which platform you prefer. I do not suggest using both .Choose only 1 to start with .

Alright , make sure you have done this before moving to the next day.

Welcome to day 2 guys .

Before we start , make sure you have already decided

#how much investment you ready to put out for shopee ads and also initial start up to pay supplier when you have order.

#which dropship supplier you want to use

Today , we are going to complete 2 things

1) Sync your store to dropshipmurah or savevalue2u

2) Design your store logo

Lets start the day by sync your store to dropshipmurah or savevalue2u

A couple of things you need to know before sync link this supplier to your shopee store.

#1 Both supplier only support SSL , shopee supported logistic only , therefore make sure you close your “others” shipping method .

#2 You need to make sure that your dropshipmurah or savevelu2u account have enough credit BEFORE you receive your, so that when a order received ,everything will be automated by the supplier”s system. If not ,you will need to manually place the order .

Never manually download photo from any of this platform and upload to your store without prior sync your store with them .

#3 If you face any issues either with savevalue2u or dropshipmurah whatsapp them on the given number.

Alright ,now lets sync your shopee store with either savevalue2u or dropshipmurah.

We will start with savevalue2u first.

All you need to do is just click on this , shop sync,and login to your savevalue2u account.if you have not register kindly do so.

Click on the pen logo here,click on connect now.

Put in your number that you use to register your shopee store , with my as Malaysia and also password for your store.

Put in the OTP that you received on your phone.and log in.verify and confirm authorization . and you are done. Ok simple and easy.

Once you are done the very next thing that we want to do is to create your own logo for your store.

We are running a business , and a logo is a symbol of what is our business about.

You do not need to overthink to create a fancy logo with complicated design.

A logo must be simple and easy to be recognized and remember .

If you look at some of the world class top brands, all they use is just simple wordings or simple shape as their logo.

Keep things simple.

I will show you how to create a simple logo that you can use for your business.

For example ,Weng Honn is my store brand name .

The simplest way to create a logo is by using the name itself. If you are a designer go ahead and use your professional creativity .

For others , just follow this video.

3 things that you can use to create a logo.

#1 type of font

#2 colours

#3 shape

All you need to do now is use these 3 elements to build your logo.

The free tool that we are going to use is canva.com

It is a 100% free tool that you can use to build your logo . It does has a paid version but the free one is more than enough.

By default canva will give you a lot of ready made logo template that you just need to change the name to your store.Go through it , pick any if you like.

In this demo I will build from scratch.

So as I mentioned before , all you need is just use 3 elements to build a logo , type of fonts , use shape and colour.

I will create 3 different logo by using these 3 elements .

On the left hand side over side , there are a lot of function that you can choose from , play around with it. Do not scare that you will mess things up .

Alright , I am ready to do a demo now.

Alright , when you are done just download it. Alright so today you need to complete 2 things

#1 sync your store with the supplier that you choose

#2 design your logo.

Now make sure you already finish all this before moving to the Next day ya .See ya.

First of all , log into your dropshipmurah account .

Before we sync , lets look at what are some of the things that we need to do .

Scroll all the way down and click on shopee .

User must join shopee free shipping programme to proceed with shopee set up

It will takes approximately 7-14 days for shopee to activate the programs.

Click on dashboard up here.

Click on start now.go to sync setting.

Click on this pen icon.click on connect now.

Put in the email and password that you used to register your shopee store.

Put in the OTP number that sent to you by shopee.

With this connection , dropshipmurah will get to connect to all this elements of your store.click on yes.

Alright and you are done . simple and easy

Make sure you have choose either savevalu2u or dropshipmurah before moving to the next lecture.

Day 3

Hello guys , welcome to day no. 3

A very important things that I must tell you guys here , make sure you complete previous task 100% before you move to day 3 or before you move to the next day .

If not this system will not works.Ok , and make sure you dun simple do everything . You have to put in thought and heart into making everyday happen .Alright .

Today will be an exciting day , as today we are going to upload products to our store.

Some very important things that I want you to know before you upload your products to your store is that , what direction that you are moving towards ?

In the sense of which products categories are you going to specialize at ? Home and living ? Baby products ? Fashion ?

You need to understand that drosphipping is just the beginning of the business . Eventually down the route you would want to become a stokist as the margin will be much more higher .

If the products categories that you want to focus at , are limited in either savevalu2u or dropshipmurah , it is fine , get whatever that you have first , and mix with some others direct or indirect related products first .

Ok , do not need to stress on this matter .

There are more than enough products for you guys to start selling.

Now lets us start uploading products from savevalue2u first.

Go to browse products.

Choose any products that suit your niche or the categories that you want to go after.

In this demo I will just choose anti wrinkle neat clothes storage holder.

Ok a few things that you need to know.

Member cost is the cost price that you will need to pay.

This may sounds abit confusing but stay focus. RM18.80 is the price that you need to pay when you have an order.

This means you will need to pay savevalue2u RM18.80 to buy this product .

Then what is this member price cost RM15.60 means?

Savevalue2u works this way.

You pay RM18.80 to buy this products , then savevalue2u will automatically deduct RM3.20 and credit back this money to your savevalue2u account .OK ?So at the end of the day you only pay RM 15.60

Do you get me ?let me just repeat it again.

When got customer order from your shopee store, you will need to pay savevalue2u RM 18.80 , and savevealue2u will credit back RM 3.20 to your savevalue2u account. Dun ask why they use this system , I have no idea.Ok.

Just remember this.

Add to my store now click on here .

Select the appropriate category for the products.whatever that you set up here , it can be change later on Shopee also . So dun need to worry too much on getting things wrong or scare to do mistake.

Just go for it.

Ok , now , something that you must know is here.

The fact that they are thousands of dropshipper are using savevalu2u or dropshipmurah in shopee.Therefore , it is very important that you do your keywords research and put the effective and related keywords into your products title , description and also modified your product image.

If not your dropship shop will fail for sure.

I have included a video at the bonus section where I show you exactly what I mean over here , check it out .

So , how are we going to do keywords research on what are the keywords that are related to our products that customer on Shopee are searching at?

Go to shopee ads .

You need to make sure there is at least one products inside your store first , In order for you to use the shopee keywords ads.

What you can do is , just randomly create a products in your store.

Add new keyword ads.

Select any products .

Add recommended keywords

Add keywords.

So , on this search box here , type in keywords that related to your products .

You may need to try a few keywords to get it .

A couple of things that you need to take note.

Even thou the search volume for a keyword is not that high , is ok .

What we want over here is try to get at much keywords as possible that are related to

The products that we are selling.That is the key.

Anti wrinkle shirt.What I want to do over here is I want to change this anti wrinkle neat clothers to anti wrinkle shirt.

And add anti wrinkle shirt into my description and also hashtag.

You can add as much keywords as possible into your product descriptions.Make sure that you make it as a sentence instead of just put the keywords inside.

For example anti wrinkle shirt .

What you want to do is write something like this

Want to have an anti wrinkle shirt storage holder?

Get this anti wrinkle shirt storage holder today!

So you make it as a sentence instead of just anti wrinkle shirt.

Ok.

Next select the brand. If the brand is not inside this options is ok ya , just select no brand.

You must only choose shopee airwaybill .Ok . let me repeat . YOU MUST ONLY CHOOSE SHOPEE AIRWAYBILL ONLY.

Savevalue2u will auto set the recomemded selling price for each product.

For this product is RM18.80

Normally what I will do is to increase the profit margin here to a much more higher pricing at least 30% , and then only I will do a discount back to Rm18.80 after uploaded this product to my shopee store.

If you change this price after you have uploaded the products to your shopee , shopee will take out your posting , as it is violated their pricing policy.

Ok , so make sure you increase the pricing here first to atleast 30% .i will show you how to do the discount on shoee later on.

Next on this profit margin , what we want to do is increase it to at least

When you done sync to shopee.

So it will automatically pop up on your shopee.

Now , we want to do a discount for this product.

Just go to marketing centre.

Go to discount promotion.create

Discount promotion name . Give this promotion a name

You can organize all products to the same discount promotion name. For example , all products that are 30% discount you put into this discount group. Then when you have another products that is 40% discount then you create another promotion to put all products that is 40% into the same discount group ok?

Or if you have have a few suppliers then you can name them based on the supplier”s name also can.

So over here we are just going to put the recomemed selling price by savevalue2u .and confirm

Ok , we are done.

Next ,still remember the logo that we build yesterday?

Now , we are going to insert the logo into our store.

What we want to do now is download the products image from savevalue2u .

2 ways that you can get this done.

1 way will be , you first download all these products images , then only you do the sync , or you sync then only download the images both way are the same .

So just go back to the products page and download the images.

Once downloaded ,what we want to do is drag all images to canva.

Once you done this .

Back to home page , on this custom dimension here click put 3000 x 3000. It will give you the right frame size for shopee image.

So , all we need to do now is just put the image into the frame and put our logo in .

When you are done download the images.

Extract out the image.

A very important step to further boost your products ranking .which will be make sure your products keywords are inside your images as well.

Make sure all keywords are inside your images .

Once you done this , just upload it to your shopee store. And you are done. If the happen , because your photo size is saved as PNG and PNG file is bigger then jpg.

So , go back to canva and saved it as Jpg .and upload it.Upload as many photos as possible to your store.

OK , so this is the most fundamental things on uploading a product to your shopee store.

On the next lecture I will show you guys some advance technique that you can use on canva to total change the cover image of your. As I mention to you guys before , the same image will be used across all shopee listing. How to stand out?

By modifying your cover photo.

Hi guys , in this video you will learn how to upload your products with dropshipmurah.

The process is pretty much the same as savevalue2u.

I will quickly go through how it works .

Log in to dropshipmurah.

On the left side over here you can pick the categories ,and I really hope that you already went through the products on day 1 itself as instructed .

I am looking for a kenwood blender

And I am interested to sell this kenwood blender . for example.

Click on add to my store now.

View your store

Click on this shopee logo to sync your product.

Select category .

As you can see , it is really pretty much the same as sync with savevalue2u .

Ok ,so make sure all the keywords of your products are in here .

Select brand.

Same thing over here make sure that you increased the price for this products and do a discount after uploaded. Alright.

When you done , click on sync on shopee and you are done .

Alright very straight forward .

Now , if you choose to use dropshipmurah , your task for today is to upload at least 5 products .

Hi guys welcome back.So before you do anything , please make sure you already finished off the previous task before jump to here. OK ,without setting your shop properly , day 4 and 5 will not works.

So , before you put any coupon and promotion you first need to clearly understand how much profit do you have , how many percent are you earning.

If you are not clear about this , you will be making a lost or a very minimum profit ok.

So the transaction fees that shopee charge us is 2.12% . so if you profit is 15% you will get 12.88%

So before you do any promotion make sure you calculate properly first.If you are giving away 5% discount to your client , it will be 15% -2.12%-5% so total you will be earning 7.88% .

Ok please take note on this.

In this video I will be sharing 2 coupon that is a must to have 1) bundle deal 2) follow prize

Bundle deal is to increase your basket size total amount of things that people buy and follow prize is to increase your shop”s followers and sales.

Lets start with follow prize.

This follow prize will auto pop up when a new customer not your follower visit your store.

Create new follow prize.

Give your prize a name.

Set how long is the period.

Voucher .

You have 2 options discount or coins cash back . 100 Shopee Coins will entitle you to RM1 discount off any order from Shopee Preferred and Shopee Mall sellers.

I will go for discount .

So you have 2 options that you can choose from fix amount or by percentage.

Both are good to use. Before you set the amount make sure you calculate your profit first. Very important .

Minimum basket size. Means how much they buy only can claim your prize.

Do not put this too high , as our goal is to attract people to buy and follow our store , if you put too high they wont check out from your store.

I will put 10 here just for example only. Again make sure you calculate your profit first.

Then quantity of the coupon.

When you are done just click on confirm.

So it will pop out like that.

Next bundle deal.

Bundle deal is also very straight forward.

Bundle meaning combine a few item then you give discount . This is to increase your basket size ,total amount of buyers buy from your store.

Same thing before you give the discount make sure you calculate the profit first.

Give your bundle a name.

Period for this ofer.

So how many item you want your client to buy only they can get the discount ?

You have 2 options either you give them a discount rate on the bundle

Or you give them a total price when they buy the item in bundle.

Same thing over here dun put too high on the requirement , as a new shop we need traffic and sales.

Loosen up things abit , when you have the traffic and sales later on ,then only you readjust.

You can put purchase limit.Depends on your products , some products such as handphone seller will give a good discount buy only 1 purchase per customer, or milo sometime they will put minimum 3 purchase per customer.

For us as much as possible.just 10

Choose the combination products that you want to bundle it up together.

Make sure these products are corelated so , like if I buy a shirt I might be also interested with pants , or a few design of the shirts etc.

When you done click on confirm.

Alright , setting up the coupon is actually very straight forward .

But you need to have a clear mind on what sort of profit that you have for each item before you do any discount to avoid making loss

Ok. Now , your task for this lecture is to create a bundle promotion and also a follow prize promotion.

Shopee ads

Hei guys , great day today as we are going to learn the fundamental of Shopee ads.

Now , We have to first complete everything that I present to you guys before this in order to make your shopee ads works.

If you have a shitty store with bad images , poor keywords on your title and description or you will be just wasting money on your shopee ads .

So make sure you have done everything correctly before you do your ads.

I get a lot of questions on which products should you be using.

Below are some of the reason why a sellers want to boost their products with shopee ads.

1) New products launching want to test market

2) Hot selling products want to drive even more traffic to these products

3) Products clearance

4) Traffic bait – where sellers will set the price of the products very low put ads on it to attract traffic to their and hope others customer will buy their others products inside their shop

5) high-profit-margin products

These are the 4 most common reason why sellers use ads.

For new dropshipper , it will be on 1) and 2) where you want to put ads on your new products ,and after knowing which products are hot selling in your store , you may want to increase more budget to put into those products. Ok.

Now , let learn how you can start your first shopee ads.

Click on shopee ads and click on create keywords ads.

Pick products that you want to promote.

Budget you can set how much limit is your budget .

Normally I wont put any budget limit. But I will make sure I will check on how is my ads perform on a daily basis.

Time length , you can put a a time length .

I dun put any time length I will just let the ads run. But again I will check on my ads on a daily basis.

So , if you are busy and dun have time to check on a consistent basis , I will suggest to put on your time length and budget.

Click on add recommended keywords.

So shopee will auto recommend keywords for your ads based on the products that you are selling.

You have 3 options over here.

1) Use only shopee recomemneded keywords.

2) Use Only Keywords that you choose.

3) Use a combination of shopee recommended keywords and also keywords that you manually choose.

I will most probably choose no.3 . but make sure you scan through all given keywords by shopee are related to the products that you are selling. Ok. If not you will just gonna waste your money.

What is broad match and exact match.

1. 
   

2. Broad Match(default)

Your ad will appear on the search results page when buyers search for relevant variations of your keywords, even if their searches do not contain your keywords.

1. Exact Match

Your ad will only appear when shoppers search for the exact keyword you’ve placed a bid for.

Here are some strategies for selecting keywords, match types and bid prices based on your objectives:

1. Increase exposure

2. Use at least 10 keywords per product, including synonyms or variations of keywords relevant to your advertised product.

Increase sales

3. Use a combination of Broad Match and Exact Match to maximise traffic to your product detail page, where shoppers make purchasing decisions.

4. For a start, bid for popular and relevant keywords that shoppers would use to look for your product, such as "sweater" or "pullovers".

5. For Broad Match, use generic, popular and relevant keywords that shoppers would use to look for your product, such as "sweater" and "Adidas sweater".

6. For Exact Match, use specific and relevant keywords that shoppers would use to look for your product, such as "Adidas sporty sweater" or "Adidas blue sweater".

7. To save costs, only bid for keywords that are directly relevant. For example, if your item is an iPhone 8 case, bid for "iPhone case" or "iPhone 8 case", not "iPhone" or "iPhone 8".

8. Bid competitively and try the suggested bid price.

Now how to add keywords for your products?

Click on add keywords.

Type in keywords that related to your products.

Some tricks for you guys is that , you can also try on keywords in different languages , mandarin , English or bahasa. .

Just type in the keyword in different language and check on the search volume.

When you type the keyword in over here , shopee will auto suggest keyword that are related to your products as well.

So , make sure you key in all related keywords of your products.

To start with , set the bidding price at RM0.07 and increase it overtime if it brings traffic or sales.

When you done ,click on confirm add keywords.

Choose any of the keywords suggested by shopee over here that are related to your products and delete those that are not related.

Publish promotion when you are done.

Targeting ads are ads that appear on

Prouduct you may also like and similar products/

As a rule of thumb, these products work best for Discovery Ads:

1. Product with a lower price but equal quality, compared to similar products by competitors.

2. Product with more and higher ratings, compared to similar products by competitors.

If you're new to Discovery Ads, set the minimum bid price of RM0.04 per click, review ad performance after 2 weeks and increase bid price if greater ad traffic is needed

I will go for both ads. Ok .publish targeting ads .

Ok and you are done.

Make sure that you come back over here from time to time to check on how is your ads performance .

If it bring sales then you can choose to increase the budget if not you can change the keywords.

Shopee suggest Try an ads for 14 days at least before changing it , if it it not performing well.

Alright ,your job for now is to select 5 products and put ads on it.
